You're not alone, hold your strengths tightly!

You will be fine sooner. Yes, we are all living in an unpredictable world. Even on your darkest days, you shouldn't ever give up hope.⠀

As we all know, it's all too easy to lose track of the inner strength you have when life dumps a hardship on your shoulders. We used to focus on the heaviness rather than on ourselves. We often forget how joyful we were the last time.

It's tough to hold on to hope, to believe in better days, to believe that fate and faith are on your side when everything seems to be spinning out of control around you. We are losing the cheerful and free life that we used to have, especially in the midst of this pandemic. We must obey rules in order to do anything. As good citizen, we must adhere by all regulations in order to respect our front liners and live in the least risky environment. During this period, many people have lost their own parents, families, friends, and loved ones. Are we in the same boat? If not, we should value every stage of our lives. It's terrifying to think that there's a chance you won't be okay, that you'll always feel this way, that no one is on your side, but even when you feel powerless, you know that's not the fact.

You know there is a spark of hope in the depths of your heart, at the furthest reaches of your thoughts. You know that you've become stronger as a result of everything you've gone through, everything you've lost, and everything you've learned. And right now, no matter how heavy your heart is, you must remember that there is still hope. You could be in your teens, your twenties, or your thirties right now; just think about everything you've been through. Those obstacles are now your lessons, at the time, you may have been frustrated, unhappy, and so on. Are you still concerned about it? Isn't right? How did you get over it? Just keep a positive view and don't let your pain overshadow your future.⠀ You must remember that you are stronger than you believe, that you are loved, that you are cared for by family, friends, strangers, and God, and that you are never alone. There are many people who do not have enough food, a safe place to live, a whole family, and so on. But even if you receive everything, you may still believe that you are the only person in the world who is battling this hard. That is completely unacceptable. As previously stated, many people are struggling in many ways.

You must think on the places you've been and grown from, the people who have mistreated you and whom you have forgiven, the times you didn't believe you could rise but did, the days you rolled out of bed faithless and purposeless but found your path, and the times you almost gave up but didn't. Whatever you're getting through right now, you should consider yourself lucky. Love yourself and those around you. Because the only thing that is free and permanent is love. Keep loving others and you will receive more love and positivity.

We may be sad, hurt, or depressed. But we will not give up. Simply because you are sad does not imply that you are not strong or loved. Acknowledge that you are. It is fine to be depressed. It is normal to cry. Just don't allow your sadness take over your life. You'll be able to smile again soon. Everything will be fine pretty soon. Just keep your fingers crossed.

There is always hope and joy in this difficult world. That gives us hope that we will be able to move on and rebuild.

There is hope, definitely. You're not alone, you're holding your strength!
